Deposit - Key for use

A key for use during the agreed upon time is required for a $50 deposit, returned to you upon return of key. Keys are not to be duplicated, loaned, or used outside of the allotted time unless by consent of the room committee prior to usage.

Deposit - Hall Rental

A deposit of $250 is required at the time of reservation. $50 is nonrefundable. The remainder of the deposit will be returned by mail following the event. Any infractions of the rules may result in fines. In addition, any cleaning fees or damages will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit is waived for IOOF members; however, they are still bound by the conditions and policies set forth.
